Hanna Kassis, JD, CPA
3X Entrepreneur, 1 Exit. Responsible for $1.6B+ in career deal volume. Licensed attorney and CPA.
Hanna Kassis began his career in 2013, while in law school, with the founding of OAREX Capital Markets. He raised $125K in 2014 from Dan Gilbert's Bizdom fund (now defunct), $375K in HNWI capital (ex-GS), and then $10M in 2017 from Arena Investors, LP. In 2019 they expanded the Arena facility to $50M, and in 2020, subordinated it with $50M line of credit from East West Bank. This brought total facilities raised to $100M by the time Kassis was 36 years old. In 2022, Kassis exited, though he still remains a minority shareholder. Kassis is a licensed attorney and CPA in Ohio, but does not practice law or accounting. Instead, he uses his skillset to get commercial financing deals done, and specializes in multi-creditor transactions.
